Bypass-Ventil einstellen am Stromberg 175CD2
Verfasst: 21.03.2021, 10:58
Hallo zusammen,
1. Bring engine to normal operating temperature.
2. Remove vacuum pipe from distributor and plug. (Fällt bei mir weg)
3. If bypass valve is floating, the engine speed will rise abruptly to 2000-2500 r.p.m
4. If the valve is operating correctly, the engine r.p.m will rise to 1300 r.p.m
5. If adjustment is necessary, screw bypass valve clockwise until engine speed increases abruplty to 2000-2500 r.p.m or the floating condition. Turn the screw counterclockwise until the r.p.m. just returns to 1300 r.p.m.
6. Depress throttle and release. engine should drop to approximately 1300 r.p.m. Adjust as ncessary to achieve this condition.
* On vehicles equipped with twin carburetors, before any adjustment can be made, one bypass valve must be shut off by turning the adjustment screw fully counterclockwise.
